BRAND BUILDING: CHWAI
Chwai was formed in 2009, operating primarily as a construction support services company, and a supplier of building material and associated hardware products to master builders, building contractors, home improvers and private developers.
Yanga Njozela, managing director of Chwai, approached us to help him develop his company’s brand so he could pursue his unique vision of leading innovative solutions to aid black-owned construction companies allowing them to thrive in South Africa’s current infrastructure.
To update Chwai’s brand to truly reflect Yanga’s specific vision of Chwai: building lives, building communities and building Africa.
OUR 5-STEP BRAND-BUILDING PROCESS
Following our methodology, we engaged in a process of brand discovery for Chwai.
By conducting extensive research using our specialsed analytical tools, we completed an industry and competitor analysis to position Chwai’s service offerings and online digital presence in the South African construction industry.
Our strategy was guided by Yanga’s passion and we drilled down to the core of Chwai’s vision. We designed a comprehensive company overview and profile that presented a tangible look-and-feel conveying the purpose of Chwai.
We implemented our strategy by designing and developing a bespoke website to introduce Chwai to the world.
