MMR is a property development company. They were in need of a brand manual (consisting of a creative overview and style guide.)
To design a brand manual that accurately portrayed their brand consistently across all media.
We gained and in-depth knowledge of the property development industry, analysed competitors across all multiple digital channels to find a benchmark against which we could leverage the MMR brand.
Owing to our discovery process, we had an in-depth knowledge of the brand, and were able to design a bespoke, comprehensive creative overview that serves as MMR’s handbook outlining their brand and gave them a foundation of how to communicate their message consistently.
