SA Home Care is the leading healthcare service specialising in palliative and after-hospital care for patients in the privacy of their own home.
The company approached us to conceptualise and create a new look for their print marketing collateral. The intent was to introduce and promote, the company, and its services, at the Board of Healthcare Funders of Southern Africa conference 2019.
To ensure that all the collateral for the BHF conference echoed the company’s vision: to be the only doctor-led multidisciplinary home care organisation in South Africa. Our services go beyond the traditional home nursing offered by other service providers.
Our discovery process entailed one-on-one meetings with the client. We wanted to fully understand their vision and mission: providing high-quality healthcare to patients in the comfort of his/her own home. We also gathered existing material (brochures and flyers) and discussed how we could add our signature ‘coolness’ to the brand.
We performed a digital, user experience (UX) and content audit to find out their current positioning in the market and digital footprint. We found there were a lot of elements we could create and add. This would allow us to leverage the brand’s selfless endeavour, offering professional home care while maintaining the patients’ dignity and comfort.
